Service Description
Bring your baby and join us for our Babes and Barbells class at Alchemy Brantford with Moai Movement. This program is designed to help moms keep their fitness moving forward while spending quality time with their little ones. Twice a week for a 12-class session, our class is perfect for non-mobile babies, or babies in a confined space like a chair or playpen. Don't worry if you don't have any experience, our experienced coach Victoria will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout. So grab your baby, and let's get fit together with Moai Movement.
